Appearance: Medium-large leaves with white and green variegation 

Note: More light exposure = more white variegation

Behavior: Vining plant that will continue to grow long if not cut back. Because of this they look great in hanging planters, on a high shelf or climbing on a trellis. If one vine grows faster than others, it may be cut, propagated to grow roots and placed back in the pot to give a more lush appearance.

Pot: Plastic nursery pot used in order to maintain proper moisture levels. Can place the nursery pot in decorative pot for a more sophisticated look. Remove nursery pot when watering and return to decorative pot after water has stopped dripping. DOES NOT COME WITH CATCH TRAY.

Level of care: Beginner/Very easy 

Light: Thrives in bright indirect light, does fine with low light. Avoid intense direct light. 

Temperature: Prefers 65-85F, but will do fine with occasional fluctuation. 

Watering: Water every 1-2 weeks when the top one inch of soil is dry or you notice leaves begin to wilt. If wilting is seen, just water and leaves will return to normal in about a day. 

Humidity: Will do fine in most humidity.

Soil: Well draining soil 

Potting: Pothos like to be slightly crowded but when roots are seen at the top of soil or poking through the holes in the bottom of pot, it is time to re-pot in a larger container.

Fertilization: Monthly fertilization is helpful for growth, but not necessary.

Pest control: Not very susceptible to pests. When watering it is a good idea to spray the leaves with water to prevent pests. Spraying with diluted neem oil will also prevent pests.

Pothos can cause stomach upset in humans and pets if ingested. Keep out of reach of pets and small children.
